How it works

Five steps from hydrogen supply to cooking flame.

  1. Step 1

    Make

Hydrogen is produced from a suitable pathway, ideally renewable electricity, and prepared for clean cooking use.

  2. Step 2

    Store

Hydrogen can be stored in different ways and at different pressures. HyCooker requires hydrogen with a purity above 95%.

  3. Step 3

    Control

A pressure regulator and precision control valve deliver hydrogen at 50 mbar to the burner.

  4. Step 4

    Cook

HyBurner combusts hydrogen into a usable cooking flame. At the point of use, water vapour is the principal combustion product.

  5. Step 5

    Install & use

Every unit comes with installation and user manuals, so you can set it up and use it step by step.

Safety context

Production units remain subject to applicable certification and regulatory requirements.

Controlled supply pressure

The system is designed around a defined low-pressure operating window for hydrogen supply.

Engineered combustion core

HyBurner is developed as the combustion heart of HyCooker, with attention to flame stability and practical kitchen use.

Materials for durability

Stainless construction is used on the showcase model to support robustness in a kitchen environment.

What ships

The appliance ships packed for transport. External hydrogen cylinder, hose and regulator are typically sourced separately unless a package is agreed for your pilot.
