HyCooker combines appliance design with HyBurner, the integrated hydrogen burner technology that produces the cooking flame. The system is developed for controlled low-pressure hydrogen operation.
Hydrogen is supplied from storage at a defined operating pressure. The user simply presses the knob and the ignitor, and regulates the flame according to their needs. HyBurner manages combustion to create a usable flame for everyday cooking tasks.
